Acting as a gateway into Caledonia, the block is in a highly prominent location welcoming residents and visitors alike.  The development envisions approximately 40,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, as well as various forms of townhouses and apartment units.  The block is an integral component of the wider master-planned community.  Our office has been involved in the zoning amendment and site plan approval of the site.
