CORE Industrial is comprised of 260 acres of land where 4.5 million square feet of industrial warehousing, distribution centres, e-commerce, logistics and technology and innovation centres are planned in Caledon. Our role as planner and project manager has included participation in the ongoing Regional and Town boundary expansion and Official Plan Review process, preliminary due diligence and concept development, planning application submissions, Toronto and Regional Conservation Authority staking and permitting for a channel realignment, and budgeting support. We have also assisted with consultation on the Ministerial Zoning Order that facilitates employment development on the lands located at the northeast corner of Dixie and Mayfield.
