Meadowvale is an industrial infill development project on a newly severed parcel of land. The proposed development includes a two-building industrial and warehouse complex that will be comprised of up to six units in over 30,000 square metres of gross floor area. Our office has taken the site to site plan approval as well as obtained servicing permits. Our office is also assisting the architect with obtaining building permits. A future severance application will be coordinated by our office.
