Maven is a 7-storey mixed-use condominium located in the Yonge & Lawrence area of Toronto. The project is made up of 75 residential units and over 18,000 square feet of commercial uses. Our involvement began after the project was under construction, as such, project duties have included construction permit support and condominium applications and registrations.
